Your Weekend Kickstarter with Mbithi & K3hmboi

#KickOffYourWeekend this week on #KickOffYourWeekend we feature three of Mbithi & K3hmboi's hot singles.

As you know Weekends are a time to unwind and just ease off the burden of the preceding busy unforgiving week and what better way to get in the mood for the weekend than with this duo on your play list.

Top on the list we start off with the 2018 release "Kitu" a hit single produced and mastered by Jopeethechef at Box House Media and written by Mbithi & K3hmboi.

First off the lyrics to this song just inspire an unforgettable mood starting off with a tease with lines like "Ambia foreman huku Ndani leo Katanuka," "Just a Kenyan Boy Going Sour on Kapuka" & " Ni kama ni Mala." The chorus lines by K3hmboi spark a sense into you to start pulling off the weight of the week; going something like "Hakuna Kitu Hii, Hakuna Kitu Kaya, Hakuna Kitu Kama hii au Ile Mbaya.."

The song combines Mbithi's authentic rap prowess with K3hmboi's vocal depth to create an aura of tranquility.

I must say the duo make quite a pair and this cannot be emphasized enough by my words. We encounter them again in their song "Mschana Mmoja."

The thing about this crazy hot single " Mschana Mmoja" is that it elevates you gives you an unprecedented feel good vibe. In fact it makes you a bit nostalgic with the way it reminds you of that fine "rieng" or that "Jamaa" who recently made your night. And if you're the hopeless romantic type it makes you want to jump out of the shower and show your lover that you too can make it on KTN's "I can Sing."

My favorite line on this is perhaps the way K3hmboi kicks it off with the vocals "I want to make you my one lady, you hold me down take me higher." This and Kamba boy's A.K.A "Mbithi" intro wooooosh makes the song weeh: "Manzi amebeba utadhani anahama...run arund my head ni kama bandana..." if this doesn't get you on a mood for a great weekend with your partner then its official your life is dead boring.

Without further a do, take a listen and update your play list:

In the hot single "Aye" which is translated from the Wakamba tribe in East Africa Language to mean No as described in the videos intro will definitely awake the party giant in you. Hands down.

"Ati Leo tunaenda home, "Ayee" was written by Mbithi, composed by Jopeethechef and performed by Mbithi & K3hmboi. The video which was directed by Johnson Kyalo tells all about the life of a party and stays true to the lyrics to bring them to life in a captivating and sensational manner.
